Deborah has drawn on over 30 years of experience as a physiotherapist as well as her wisdom as a Feldenkrais Trainer to present a practical program that successfully addresses pelvic floor issues. The exercises are easy to do and are appropriate for both men and women. They are designed for improving bladder control, reducing back or pelvic pain, and to help recovery from childbirth, abdominal or prostrate surgery, and trauma. They are also useful for anyone with hip injuries, equestrians, dancers and movement teachers. The lessons use larger functional movements, breathing, imagery and directed attention to improve awareness and control of the pelvic floor.
3-CD set with 6 original Awareness Through Movement lessons of about half an hour each. Includes detailed instruction booklet.
